Special Interest Groups

The Special Interest Groups (SIGs) are partnerships among Edge’s highly accomplished dealers and vendors from the PSA Security Network and Edge. They share knowledge, foster collaboration, develop resources, and establish industry best practices for navigating the competitive marketplace. Information gathered from the SIGs helps Edge and PSA management, dealers, and vendors increase their revenue, client base, the value of products and services, and recognition as industry leaders offering the most advanced technologies. The SIGs present real business deliverables to the PSA and Edge network via online content, round table discussions, educational forums, and other appropriate educational venues.

 

Emerging Technology

The Emerging Technology group addresses the challenges Edge dealers and vendors face in planning, developing, and managing emerging technology for ProAV dealers.  By encouraging communication among Edge and PSA integrators, the group aims to help them become more competitive and profitable by providing guidance and resources in key areas such as:

  • Outlining and addressing roadblocks in introducing new technology to clientele

  • Collaborate on new technology

  • Potential panel discussion at an Edge/PSA event


Operations

Comprised of leading operations personnel, Edge’s Operations group reviews operational efficiencies, discusses best practices and tackles common issues faced by integrators. The group aims to help Edge integrators become more competitive and profitable by providing guidance and resources in key areas such as:

  • Operational efficiency

  • Operational best practices and metrics

  • Operations and customer communication strategies

  • Creation and sharing of easy to understand and use operations-based content


Procurement

The Procurement group addresses the challenges Edge dealers face in all areas of procurement. By encouraging communication among Edge and PSA integrators, the group aims to help them become more competitive and profitable by providing guidance and resources in key areas such as:

  • Collaborating on best practices

  • Reviewing Edge‘s Program Guide to better align on program spend


Sales & Marketing

The Edge Sales & Marketing group explores how to drive lead generation, tailor outreach, develop a sales team and more. This group is comprised of thought leaders who harness their connections to drive success.

Women’s Group

The Edge Women’s group addresses the challenges women face in navigating a male-dominated industry by creating a network of women for support, mentorship and guidance. Members from Edge and PSA's highly accomplished dealers and vendor network are invited to help members become more competitive and profitable by providing guidance, education and knowledge sharing in key areas such as the following insights:
