DENVER, Colo., December 11, 2008 - USAV Group, whose Dealers work as a team functioning as one of the nation's largest professional audiovisual integrators, is pleased to announce that two of its members have been elected to the newly formed InfoComm Board of Directors. Mike White of Multi-Media Solutions, Inc., Knoxville, TN will serve a one-year term and Barry Goldin of Audio Video Systems in Chantilly, VA, will serve a two-year term as Directors on the Board. Both were previously on InfoComm�s Board of Governors. InfoComm International is the leading trade association representing the audiovisual industry worldwide.
USAV Group works closely with InfoComm to advance standards and performance within the ProAV industry. Mike White remarked, "I am pleased and humbled that my associates in our industry have selected me to continue in this leadership role. I believe strongly in working through InfoComm to improve both the stature and effectiveness of our profession."
