About Our Dealers

Dealer members create the core of the USAV Group. We maintain the highest level of excellence throughout our membership and within our forum for creating and sharing best practices bringing the best to our customers.

Each dealer member goes through a rigorous screening process before they are even invited into membership, which is based off of level of certification, support and maintenance. Each member is at least ICIA Gold certified, and this level must be maintained throughout its membership.

Every quarter, the USAV group holds conferences for its members to gather in order to bounce thoughts off each other and to share best practice ideas. It is a great way for members to gather views on what other dealers are doing with their own companies and how they might be able to incorporate them into their own practice.

USAV Group is a collection of elite dealers across the country that can shape and mold the A/V industry by the way they move. Sharing ideas and goals for the future with each other is a way to better one's dealership, as well as to better and grow the industry and take it to the next level.
