USAV Group Adds MyAudioVideo and Professional Business Systems to Dealer Network

Denver, CO—September 15, 2010—USAV Group, an association of leading professional audio-visual (ProAV) integrators, announced today that they have added a new member to their buying group and transitioned a member into their integration group.

MYAV, an AV dealer headquartered in Irving, Texas, joined the USAV Group buying group in July. As an audio and video systems design and integration company, MYAV provides audio-visual environment solutions for all forms of presentation, communication, and collaboration.

PBS, based out of Albuquerque, N.M., made the decision to transition from the USAV Group buying group into the integration group in mid-August. PBS is a full service audio video supplier and systems integrator specializing in Crestron Programming. The company employs a complete team of designers, programmers, and certified technicians to provide videoconferencing and presentation technology solutions to meet the individual needs of each client.

With two levels of members, USAV Group is positioned to support ProAV dealers of all sizes. For slightly smaller companies, the USAV Group buying group is structured to provide purchasing power with USAV Group Preferred Manufacturer Partners. On the other end of the spectrum, the integration group is designed for larger dealers, or dealers positioned for aggressive growth. Integration group members not only benefit in the purchasing arena, but also from participation in integrator meetings allowing company executives to discuss business strategy and best practices.

A ProAV dealer must complete an extensive application and review process prior to becoming a member of USAV Group. Every integrator is required to meet certain qualifications and be approved for membership.
